Is Bordai ready to use?

Bordai runs in production at app.nk-app.com as an invite-only beta. Each edition shows its honest status — Live, Beta or Preview — and every live demo on this site runs completely in your browser.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly = two months free). Prices are per month and exclude 19 % VAT. Online card payment is being connected; until then you request a plan here and we invoice you by bank transfer. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of each month.

What happens after I choose a plan?

We set up your workspace and the board for your edition — pre-filled with its templates, tools and integrations — and you sign in at app.nk-app.com with your Google account.

Which AI models does Bordai use?

Adaptive Mode routes each task to the cheapest model that does it well: local models through Ollama, and hosted models (for example via NVIDIA NIM, OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI) only when needed — or with your own keys. The demos use small free models through a rate-limited proxy, or local templates.

Where is my data stored?

On our servers in Germany, in a self-hosted Supabase (Postgres) database with row-level security. Business plans can run on your own server.

Can I combine editions?

Yes. All editions are the same Bordai board, so you can add editions or take a bundle at any time — your boards, notes and data stay where they are.

Are the people in the demos real customers?

No. The demo personas are fictional and exist only to make the demos feel real. This store shows no testimonials or customer numbers.

Is Bordai open source?

Bordai is built on open-source projects such as Nuxt, Vue, Supabase, Ollama, LiteLLM and pgvector (see below). The Bordai application itself is proprietary.
